Every build starts with understanding your space, your content, and what good actually looks like for you. We spec to the room — not a catalog — and stay involved until you’re recording in it confidently.
Discovery · Week 01
A working call to map out the content you want to make, the space you have to work with, your budget range, and the constraints nobody thinks to mention until install day.
Assessment · Week 02
On-site if you’re in Arizona. Remote video walkthrough if you’re not. We measure the room, listen for noise floor, check power and network, flag the gotchas before they become change orders.
Design + spec · Week 03
A full gear list at three tiers, an acoustic treatment plan, a layout drawing, and a parts-order vendor list. You decide what to buy. We place the order or you do.
Install + training · Week 04+
Install on-site (Arizona) or supervised remotely on video. When the last panel goes up, we stay on a live call until your mic sounds clean, your cameras are framed, and you’ve recorded your first test.
Home office or full build-out.
Most clients start with a spare room or home office. Some are building a real commercial space from the shell in. Both are normal work for us. The difference is scope, not quality.

A layout + acoustic plan
A top-down drawing of the room with panel placement, desk orientation, lighting positions, and camera angles. If the room needs isolation, we spec that too.
A vendor + order list
Exactly where to buy every part, in what order, with lead times. We can place the order for you or hand it off for you to run yourself — your call.
Install + calibration
On-site install in Arizona, or remote video supervision anywhere else. We stay on the call until your audio chain is dialed and your first test recording sounds like the room it should.
You’re not on your own.
Studios aren’t a one-and-done install. Rooms change, gear evolves, and the way you use the space shifts as your content matures. We stay reachable.
Thirty days of support
Slack or email for the first month after install. Tweaks, questions, new content ideas that make you wonder if the room can handle them. Usually it can.
Upgrade path
As your content grows, new gear slots in without rebuilding. The layout and wiring plan anticipate a second camera, a guest chair, a second mic.
Production handoff
If you want us to take editing and publishing off your plate, your new studio plugs directly into Monthly Podcast Production. Same team, no re-onboarding.
