Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans have an initial 3-month kickstart, then convert to month-to-month. We use the 3-month kickstart because roughly 90% of podcasters quit before episode 7 — the model is specifically built to get you past that cliff.
Where is Pod Bros Media located?
Our flagship studio is at 7575 E Osborn Rd in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ 85251. We also travel on-location for conferences, offices, and events — same crew, same gear.
Do you use AI to generate episodes?
No. Every episode is edited by humans on our team. We offer AI avatar cloning as a separate, clearly-labeled one-time service — but our core podcast production is human-crafted. If we ever use AI inside your pipeline, we tell you up front and label it clearly.
Can I mix and match services?
Yes. Clients commonly pair the 90-Day Sprint with Authority or VIP — the sprint gives you an instant 45-reel library, and the monthly plan keeps new content compounding on top of it. The free studio session is typically the first step for anyone unsure where to start.
What’s your typical turnaround?
Standard turnaround on Starter and Authority is 7 days from session to published episode. VIP is 3-day turnaround. The 90-Day Sprint delivery is ~14 days after the recording session.
Do I record weekly?
No — you record once a month. We batch-record 4 (or 8 on VIP) episodes in a single half-day session. That session gets published on a weekly cadence, so your show stays alive between studio days without demanding more of your calendar.
