Podcast studio build consulting

Build a studio your team will actually use.

Turn a spare room, office, or dedicated space into an easy-to-operate podcast and video studio. We design the system, recommend the gear, set up the workflow, and train your team.

The production problem

A room full of gear is not a production system.

A usable studio connects the room, cameras, sound, lighting, recording workflow, file handoff, and team training before the first episode is recorded.

Best for

  • Founders and teams recording podcasts, video, training, or thought-leadership content
  • A spare room, office, or dedicated studio that needs a clear plan
  • Teams that need repeatable quality without becoming technical operators
  • A workflow that must keep recording, handoff, editing, and publishing moving

What is included

  • Fit consult and room assessment
  • Room, camera, audio, lighting, and acoustic system design
  • Equipment recommendations matched to the room and budget
  • Installation, configuration, and signal-flow support
  • Recording, file-handoff, and publishing workflow design
  • Team training, documentation, testing, and final handoff

The build scope

One plan. One system. A room your team can run.

Choose the right build path after the fit consult, then move through design, sourcing, installation, testing, and team handoff.

03

Install and hand off

Configure and test the room, train the team, document the workflow, and leave the system ready for repeatable recording.

Before you book

What to know before you build.

Is equipment included in the price?

No. The package price is the professional fee for strategy, design, setup support, workflow, and training. Equipment, software, furniture, contractors, travel, lodging, and meals are separate unless specifically included in the written agreement.

Do you travel for studio builds?

Yes. Travel can be scoped into the agreement or handled as a pass-through expense. Builds outside the Scottsdale and Phoenix area are quoted with travel, lodging, meals, and schedule requirements separated.

Can you work with gear we already own?

Yes. We audit what you have and explain what should stay, what should be replaced, and what may create friction if it is forced into the new system.

Can Pod Bros edit the content recorded in our studio?

Yes. Editing and distribution support can be added after the build so footage keeps moving from recording to finished, published assets.

Which build path should I choose?

Start with the consult. The $5,000 Home Studio System is usually right for solo or two-person content. The $12,500 Turnkey Podcast Studio is for multi-camera polish, client-facing production quality, and team operation.
