Your session at Pod Bros Media takes place at 7555 E Osborn Rd, Suite 203, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. We serve clients from Scottsdale, Phoenix and the surrounding area. The studio, cameras, microphones, lighting and operator are included in the recording setup. What you receive afterward depends on the package you select.

Choose your recording package first

  • Record Only — from $150 for 30 minutes: studio recording with an operator and raw files.
  • Record + Finish — from $500: recording and a finished episode, with the scope shown in your selected package.
  • Record + Repurpose — from $900: recording, a finished episode and four reels.

Recording durations and deliverables vary by package. Editing, reels, thumbnails and publishing are not automatically included in every studio session. Compare current recording packages and choose your session.

Before you arrive

Decide who the recording is for and what you want the audience to understand. Bring a short outline, your guest’s name and any essential talking points. Tell us about your recording format and intended deliverables when booking so the room and production plan match the session.

Use the Scottsdale address in your booking confirmation for directions. Confirm the arrival time, recording duration and any special setup needs before your visit. For a first session, a clear topic and a comfortable conversation are a useful starting point.

In the studio

We set up the cameras, microphones and lighting and check the recording before the conversation starts. You can focus on the discussion while the operator handles the production setup. Tell us if you need a pause or want to repeat a section.

A recording session captures the material. Editing is a separate production stage included only when you choose a package that covers it. A raw recording and a finished episode are different deliverables.

After the session

Record Only gives you raw files for your own editing workflow. Record + Finish adds the agreed episode edit. Record + Repurpose adds the agreed reels. Confirm file delivery, turnaround, revisions and any publishing support against your package before booking.
