Can you edit something recorded elsewhere?

Yes. We work with footage from your studio, remote recordings, and on-location conversations. Standard pricing assumes usable source files, up to three cameras and separate audio, and a normal episode structure. We review the files and confirm the scope before work begins.

Is pricing based on raw footage or the finished episode?

One-off editing prices are based on the finished episode length: up to 60, over 60–120, or over 120–180 minutes. Longer episodes or unusual source material need a custom quote.

Monthly plans use a different limit: up to four episodes per month, each with up to 60 minutes of raw footage. Send us the recording details if you’re unsure which option fits.

What happens after checkout?

You’ll be taken to the production-intake form to share the show details, edit direction, supplied brand assets, and a Dropbox or Google Drive link to your original camera and audio files. We then review the material and confirm the project scope.

How soon will I see the first cut?

The standard first-cut target is 5–7 business days after your complete media and brand assets are accepted. That timing starts after file acceptance, rather than at checkout.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Episode editing includes one consolidated revision round. Monthly plans include one consolidated revision per episode. Additional revisions and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

What needs a separate quote?

Extra cameras, damaged or missing files, badly out-of-sync media, multi-day or multi-location footage, major story reconstruction, new animation, researched B-roll, full-episode captions, reshoots, and extra revisions are outside standard episode editing. Tell us about those needs before choosing a package.

Can you handle publishing too?

Yes. Edit + ECHO covers editing and ECHO podcast publishing together, so every episode is published, promoted and easier to find. See our ECHO page for the plans.
