If you have three or more people, or a format other than a sit-down conversation, tell us before you book so we can plan the setup.
Why the videographer is part of the session
A lot of studio rentals give you the room and leave the cameras to you. At Pod Bros Media, every session includes a videographer from our team. They frame the shots, check the microphones and watch levels while you talk. Our pricing is comparable to renting a studio in the area, and you don’t have to hire and pay a camera operator on top of it.
Already have a videographer you like? Bring them. We’ll work alongside them.
Who records here
The studio is built for people who have something worth saying and don’t want to become a production crew to say it.
- Founders and business owners who want a show, or a steady supply of video, without learning the gear.
- Advisors, CPAs, attorneys and coaches who explain the same things to clients every week and want those answers on camera.
- Hosts with an existing show who want a better-looking room and someone to run it.
- First-time podcasters. You don’t need a production background. Bring your idea and a few talking points.
- Teams planning their own studio who want to record here first and see how a working room runs before they build one.
Shows that have recorded with Pod Bros Media include Let’s Get Fiscal from Coterie Tax and The Profit Lifestyle with Scott Carpenter. You can watch full episodes on the Studio Recording page.
How a session works
1. Pick your package and studio time
Choose Record Only, Record + Finish or Record + Repurpose, and how many hours you need. Tell us about your show, your guest and the episodes you have in mind.
2. Show up and get comfortable
Park outside the door of the single-story section marked CAP, beside the parking garage. We get you set on camera, check the microphones and walk you into the recording.
3. Have the conversation
Your videographer handles cameras, audio and lighting. Ask for a pause or a retake whenever you need one.
4. Get your files
You leave with organized raw files, a finished episode, or a finished episode plus reels, depending on the package you booked.

How much does it cost to record a podcast in Scottsdale?
At Pod Bros Media, a 30-minute session is $150 and Record Only is $250 per recorded hour, with a videographer included. If you want us to edit the episode, Record + Finish is $500 per hour. A 5-hour half day is $1,250 for Record Only or $2,500 with editing, and a 10-hour full day is $2,500 or $5,000. Your first 30-minute session is free.
Can I just rent the studio by the hour?
Every session includes a videographer from our team, so it’s not a bare room rental. Record Only is $250 an hour. That’s comparable to renting a studio in the area, with the videographer already included. You’re welcome to bring your own videographer, and we’ll work alongside them.
Is editing included?
It depends on the package. Record Only gives you organized raw files. Record + Finish adds a fully edited 4K video episode and mastered audio. Record + Repurpose adds four vertical reels on top of that.
Do you record video podcasts or audio only?
Video and audio together. Sessions are recorded on multiple cameras with studio microphones, and finished episodes come out as 4K video for YouTube plus mastered audio for podcast platforms.
I’ve never recorded a podcast. Is that a problem?
No. Bring your idea and a few talking points. We’ll get you comfortable with the microphones, camera framing and how the recording flows before you start.
How many people can be on the recording?
The main set is built for a two-person conversation. If you’re planning more guests or a different format, contact us before booking so we can plan the setup.
Is there really a free session?
Yes. Your first 30-minute session in the studio is free. It’s a real recording session with our crew, not a sales call, and the footage is yours to keep.
Can you record at my office or event instead?
Yes. On-location recording is quoted separately after we review the venue, date and what you need. Studio packages only cover recording at the Scottsdale studio.
How do payment and rescheduling work?
You pay in full when you book. You can reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling or rescheduling inside 48 hours, or not showing up, forfeits the session fee. Late arrivals come out of your booked time.
